Black velvet rayon fabric with Black + White tartan plaid taffeta acetate fabric, and Pink satin accent. Equal parts 80's New Waver and 80's Preppy. Sweetheart neckline. Large Jewel buttons at bodice. Boning at bodice. Zipper at back. Silky acetate fabric lining at bodice. Attached Pink satin bow at high/ natural waist. Full skirt with mid-calf hem.
