Vintage 1980s Joan Leslie Evenings Royal Blue Pleated BIG SHOULDER Cocktail Dress. Sz 8. Pleated polyester dress with short sleeves, and big shoulder pads. Great condition with no holes or stains. Approximate Measurements Pit to pit- 20inches The dress can expand to about 100 inches around so hip measurements, etc don't really matter. 45" long Shoulder pads have been removed but are included. I wore this once way back in the 80s.
