Vintage 1980s Huge puff sleeve Rayon peplum spring summer dress sexy v-neck S/M

Absolutely adorable and sexy this vintage 80s dress has massive balloon sleeves with buttons. It has a sexy faux wrap v-neck bust and the best asymmetrical peplum that extends all the way around the rear. Very figure flattering on! Shoulder pads have been removed.
