Vintage FOXY LADY 1980’s version of a 1940’s dress. Made of washed black cotton twill. The dress has box pleats, chest pockets, cinched waist, and a pencil skirt Thick shoulder pads with some distortion from age The black has some iron sheen It’s jet black but the photos wash out the color The size and fabric content tag is missing Measures to a size 10/12 but please see the measurements and be sure.
