Vintage 1980s Care Bears Cheer Bear Quilted Wall Hanging Handmade from Kit

Vintage, 1980s, Cheer Bear Care Bears hand stitched, wall hanging. Probably made from a 1984 Soft Stitches kit (example shown in photos) but this bear doesn't come with a heart shape balloon nor were the hands stitched to accommodate the ribbon. Item is lightly stuffed with batting and stitched closed. Black top stitching to make the character pop. There is one spot near the foot which I have not attempted to clean. The color has faded some due to its age. Approximate measurements shown in photos. Nostalgic, Care Bears collectible in good pre-owned, vintage condition with some signs of wear.
