Vintage 1980's Blouse with Black Lace Inserts - Wear to work - Career wear

Vintage Studio B New York Black Pleated with lace inserts. Love this blouse. It's perfect for work or an evening out. There are deep pleats in front and on the sleeves, and in the center of those pleats, there is a line of black lace. It is in excellent vintage condition. Turtle neck, button closure in back. It has shoulder pads too, but they're small, not enormous like some 1980's tops. Vintage label says 9/10 but it is best to go by measurements on these vintage ones. Armpit to armpit - 18" Shoulder to shoulder 14" Sleeve length - 22" length of shirt - 24"
