She’s been well loved! In good, used, vintage condition. Her outfit and hat is a little dirty, but may be able to be cleaned. I’ll leave that up to you! Her elastic in her pants is out. Her arms and legs move and head twists. Her baby carriage has rolling wheels and the basket cover moves up & down. One of the wheels is broken off.
