This is a Great Western Council Mug from 1973 feathuring counter clockwise from the top left - Science, Sailing, Safety & First Aid, and the fourth is possible water conservation? I am not sure. Maybe you know! Great Western Council was a Boy Scouts of America troop that existed from 1972 to 1985 in Van Nuys, Califoirnia. It has since been renamed Western Los Angeles Council #51. The Great Western Council served as a merger of several troops in the area in the 1970's. This image can be found on patches and pins and other memorabilia of that era, showing the collaborative projects that grew from that merger.
