Vintage 1972 Gigi's Collector Plate of Girls with Kittens by American Greetings

Sweet collectors plate with two little girls and a box of kittens with the phrase, "A kindness is remembered long after it is done" surrounding them, and a light blue ombre edge. This 10.5" plate is part of the Gigi Collection from American Greetings who also made Holly Hobby collectibles and plates that are very similar to these. Gigi was not as popular as Holly who had the Little House on the Prairie TV show phenomena that likely added to the popularity. Gigi was her modern cousin who was just as cute, friendly and had the same positive messaging. Great condition, has no hanging hardware.
