Dated 1971 on the official-spec tag, this is a "Woman's Coat, All Weather" made in the U.S.A. by the Neptune Garment Co. of Boston, a known military and uniform contractor. • It's built to last from a durable 65% polyester, 35% cotton blend and features a thick, black pile-fleece lining for serious warmth. The design is a classic single-breasted overcoat with a hidden button placket, epaulets, and two deep hand-warmer pockets.
