D E T A I L S An adorable polka dotted 70s dress! Features a surplice pleated bodice with dolman cut cap sleeves, elastic waist and a flared skirt. Comes with its original patent leather belt. Slips on. Comes in a sunny yellow color with black polka dots. Made from a semi sheer, lightweight poly knit material. Brand Franky B. Tagged size 12 but please refer to measurements in photos for accurate fit and note the elastic waist is a bit stretched out, but not shot. C O N D I T I O N Very good condition with the exception of the elastic noted above, some creasing on the belt, and one small section of the waist has a popped seam.
