Vintage 1970’s Vicki Volts Button Down Cuffed Sleeves Blouse. Words cannot express how much I wish this fit me! It’s AWESOME! The pattern is insane with blues, dark brown, red, tan, etc…Shiny red cat eyes buttons which are on cuffs as well. Oversized pointed collars. In great vintage condition! I just noticed one button may be missing at the very top at the collar but I personally wouldn’t button that one anyways and it folds over if you don’t. 4th photo shows what I mean. Besides that I don’t see any flaws that are noticeable at all! Only tag says Vicki Volts- and the tag is even awesome. Added measurements in photo because they is no size. It’s a smaller size though.
