Features a scoop neckline, tank style bodice with elbow length flutter sleeves that have adorable tie details, elastic waist and a gathered fuller midi length skirt. Slip on style. Made from a textured fine terry cloth material. Belt shown for style and is NOT included. Brand Patty O'Neil Material content and size tag are completely faded. Just light wear, mostly on the inside of the dress and the elastic mentioned above.
