Vintage 1970s Striped Mod Dress, Large Collar, Handmade, S/M, Double Knit Zip Up

Zip front mod dress from the late 60s or early 70s in a lime, orange, and white stripe that has an oversized collar and large patch pockets. It has a matching tie belt but there are no belt loops. Brand - I believe it's handmade Content - I think it is polyester Size - approximately a modern S/M but please check all measurements to ensure fit Shoulders - 14.25" across Chest - 18.5" pit to pit Sleeves - 9.25" from shoulder seam Waist - approximately 17" across Hips - approximately 19.25" across Length - 38" Condition - I don't see any holes or stains
