Vintage 1970s Simplicity 7912 Sewing Pattern Womens Size XS Button Up Top COMPLETE Size 10 ( Modern Size X Small ): B: 32.5" W: 25" Year: 1977 Womens Button Down Shirts: The top-stitched shirt with raglan sleeves has front button closing, shirt type collar and shaped lower edge. V1 with patch pockets and buttoned flaps has long sleeves with buttoned self-tabs. Sleeves can be rolled up and held in place with inside tab buttoned to sleeve. V2 has long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V3 has short sleeves with turn back cuffs.
