Vintage 1970s Simplicity 7063 Sewing Pattern Size 6X Girl Dress Top Pant COMPLETE Size 6X ( Little Girl Size S ): B- 21" W- 20" From 1975 Childrens Dress or Top and Pants: The dress V1 and top V2 with skirt gathered to front and back yokes have back zipper, set-in sleeves gathered to armholes and collar. V1 with contrasting collar and long sleeves gathered to contrasting sleeve band may be trimmed with embroidered eyelet edging or ribbon bow. Top-stitched V2 has short sleeves with tuck detail and front band with button trim. V2 pants have elastic waistline casing.
