Vintage 1970s Simplicity 6687 Sewing Pattern Girls Size 6X PJs Robe Nightgown Size Little Girls 6X : B- 25" W- 22.5" Year: 1975 Childs Robe, Nightgown and Pajamas: The robe and nightgown V1 or pajama top V2 have high round neckline and lace or embroidered eyelet edging trim. V1 robe has front button closing, long bell sleeves and trim creating simulated front yoke. Nightgown V1 and pajama top V2 with front gathered to yoke has front button opening and long set-in sleeves gathered with elastic casings forming self ruffles. Pants V2 without side seams have elastic waistline casing. This piece is vintage & has external wear to the packaging which does not affect the overall use of the item.
