Vintage 1970's Pullover Tank Dress Fits Size XS /S Trolley Car Union Made USA

Vintage 1970's Blue Textured Pullover Tank Dress - Fits Size Small or XS (34 X 30 X 42 ) Trolley Car dress is in pretty good condition for being 70's (or prior?) vintage. There are white dots woven into the material that look more like a deliberate part of the design and not like pilling. (See close up photo) Colors are pale blue with white in knit. Elastic waist, unlined, no pockets. Pullover. Bust is about 34" around with 24" to 32" waist depending on stretch. Hip is about 44" due to A-Line style skirt. Dress measures 42" tall top to bottom overall. No holes or stains, no other issues noted. SD 201
