I did some research on this skirt and here is what I found. This may not be 100% accurate.
Based on the style, construction, and RN number, this pencil pleated skirt is most likely from the 1970s.
The accordion/pencil pleat style was hugely popular in the 1960s and especially the 1970s, often made with polyester knits or lightweight synthetics like this.
The elastic waistband is also very typical of 1970s skirts (offering comfort and easy sizing).
The RN number (16380) is registered to Montgomery Ward, a major U.S. department store/retailer that sold a lot of affordable fashion throughout the mid-20th century.
The turquoise/seafoam color also fits well with 1970s fashion palettes.
Step back into retro style with this authentic vintage 1970s Montgomery Ward skirt. Made in a vibrant turquoise blue-green, this skirt features classic accordion pleats with a comfortable elastic waistband. The lightweight polyester blend fabric creates beautiful movement, perfect for dressing up or down.
