Vintage 1970’s Little Girl’s Turquoise Velvet Holiday Party Dress size 6

Adorable little velvet party dress with lace Peter Pan collar. Zips up in back. The color is a deep emerald with hints of blue. Made by Vintage Canadian Children’s Wear Brand Monat (not the current MLM brand). Has one small pull on the back of the right sleeve, less than a half inch and very hard to see.
