Vintage 1970's Light Blue Swiss Dot Floral Regency Style Prairie Dress

1970's handmade regency style maxi dress. Light blue swiss dot with embroidered flowers creating straight and wavy vertical stripes. Puff sleeves and a white chelsea collar. Empire waist. Nylon zipper closure up the back. ☼ Circa: 1970's ☼ Label: none, handmade ☼ Condition: just one small section on the back of one shoulder that seems to be red paint. I was able to lift almost all of it but couldn't lift it completely.
