Beautiful 1970s or early 80s Leslie Fay retro ditsy floral dress with surplice top. Below knee length dress has puckering at shoulders and waist, puff elbow sleeves with button cuffs, and the coolest matching three string twisted cord belt. Pull on style. No pockets or shoulder pads. Fabric feels like rayon that has fluidity but no stretch. This is one of those magical vintage items that gets more special the longer you look at it! Seriously, my photos do not do justice. Size tag has worn off.
