Amazing 70s Joy Stevens dress. It’s a halter with a gigantic 1970s collar on it. Made with two layers. The bottom layer is acetate. The top layer is a cotton lace, and the color is like a natural cream color. This was dry cleaned and put away a long time ago and hasn’t been worn since. I did notice some slight discoloration under the arms, but the collar kind of hides it. Also, looks like there might’ve been a little dirt on the bottom layer at the hem that didn’t come out with the dry cleaning. It doesn’t detract because you don’t see it unless the dress is hanging up and you’re going over it with the fine tooth comb. Dress is small to XS. Bust measures 34” Waist - 25” Hips 35”
