For your consideration is this lovely porcelain Tea Cup produced in Japan. The bottom of this teacup is marked "Bell Flower / FINE CHINA / 2999 / JAPAN", with an upside down peace sign underneath. The maker is known as Fine China of Japan. Newspaper advertisements indicate this pattern was available for purchase during and around 1970. The pattern is called "Bell Flower" and is comprised of small white daisy flowers with green scrolls, and gold bands around the outer rim and adorning the delicate handle. The piece measures 3.7 inches diameter x 2.2 inches high and has a capacity of approximately 4 to 6 fluid ounces. Condition: No chips, cracks or major abrasions observed. Item has been steam cleaned prior to photographing and listing.
