Vintage 1970’s Floral Dress

70s off the shoulder floral dress with sheer chiffon overlay and puff sleeves. Elasticized neckline, elastic at end of sleeves, fitted waist and full circle skirt. When clothes were still made in the US, most factory workers were unionized. The red white and blue label is the Union tag, it stands for International Ladies Garment Workers Union. (ILGWU) This particular tag was used between 1974 and 1992. So based on tags, this dress dates between 1974 and 1979. 70s, boho and Cottagecore. Vintage sizes run a lot smaller than modern - the size says 8 fits more like a 2-4.
