Vintage 1970's. Devon, ILGWU Union Made, Pistachio green textured polyester, pencil skirt, size 12, with lustrous pearly finish accent buttons on front two belt loops. Very good PRE-OWNED vintage condition. No rips, holes, tears, or stains. As a pre-owned garment small minor imperfections/flaws may possibly be observed.
