Vintage 1970’s Chessa Davis blue floral lace maxi skirt boho prairie romantic

This vintage 1970’s skirt with matching belt is in amazing condition! Only sign of wear is that the elastic waistband appears to be a little dried out due to its vintage age. Otherwise, the rest of the skirt is in perfect, pristine condition! It is labeled one size, but I listed as a M. I think it could probably fit a few sizes due to the elastic waistband and belt option. I am modeling and generally wear a small or XS or size 2-4 in bottoms and it is a little too big on me in the waist. If I wore the matching belt, I could cinch it to fit though.
