Features a white floral lace overlay surplice bodice with short flutter sleeves, wide empire waist and a soft solid black a-line maxi length skirt. Bodice is lined, sleeves are not. Back zipper closure. Floral lace feels like a cotton material, the skirt is made from a poly knit. No brand tag. Size tag is very faded but it looks like a size 14.
