This vintage 1970s Red Pleated Cashmere Skirt from Berk of Burlington Arcade by Ballantyne features a ribbed knit in vibrant red with an A-line mini / midi silhouette, elastic waist, and super soft hand feel. 100% cashmere Mae in Scotland.
