Vintage 1970s 70s rose/mauve velvet maxi prairie dress

Vintage 1970 dusty rose/mauve velvet and lace maxi prairie dress with matching belt Tag reads "Lotus" and has a "5", I'm assuming this is the size but since it is vintage I would follow measurements instead! This dress is so dreamy! Metal zipper up the back with hook and eye closure, and features beautiful dainty lace detailing. The only imperfections I can find are small spots of discoloration, and the front seam close to the armpit on the left arm is starting to pop/pull. The seam is still in tact but is showing signs of wear and will likely need mending with repeat wear. There is a tiny part of separation on the seam on the bodice of the dress under this arm as well. There are no other flaws that I can find, this dress is so beautiful and the velvet fabric feels so dreamy! There is virtually no stretch with this dress so please reference flat lay measurements!
