Vintage 1970s '70s Pleated Plaid Wool Skirt

Condition: Perfect, no flaws. I would wear it myself were it not that the pattern is too large for my petite frame. Measurements: Waist: 26" Hips: Free Length (top of waist to hem): 25 1/2" Label: Tan F Jay or TanJay Care Label: (Can't make out the first part, it is sewn too high, but probably says) hand wash, cold, shape to size and dry flat press at low temperature if necessary, may be dry-cleaned. Material: Feels like wool. Will need to be worn with a slip underneath. Note: Pinned to dress form for photographs.
