This is a vintage 1969 Tupperware Four Seasons Cookbook. It is spiral bound and has a hard plastic cover. Divided into sections including Appetizers, Breads, Cakes & Frostings, Candy & Cookies, Casserole Dishes, Desserts, Eggs Fish & Poultry, Meats, Pies, Salads Soups & Stews, Sandwiches and Notes. It's in good vintage condition. A few of the pages in front have a little tear on the bottom hole, no writing in book. There discoloration on the back of binder. Great vintage Cookbook!!
