Vintage 1964 psychedelic era memorabilia look inside card

Pretty awesome find in a bunch of old military items I found card is original from 1964 look inside I don’t think whatever was used behind the corn bandage was ever used I thought it was pretty awesome and hilarious it was mounted behind a corn bandage I have a ton of old military ephemera items letters ect photos I will be posting for a while unless someone is interested in a big bundle we can talk
