Vintage 1960s–1970s Genuine White Fox Fur & Grey Leather Bubble Coat – designer

A rare and striking vintage 1960s–1970s horizontal real fox fur and genuine grey leather bubble jacket/coat, beautifully custom-made and hand-sewn. This luxurious piece is unbranded but of couture-level craftsmanship. (Note: In the 1960s, Schiaparelli created a very similar coat — see the final photo for reference.) The coat features plush, full fox pelts arranged in horizontal tiers with supple grey leather insets, two concealed front pockets, and two furrier-style hook closures at the collar and bust. Fully lined in silvery satin, finished with the embroidered name of the original owner, adding a personalized and collectible touch. Fit: XS / Small Approx. measurements (flat): • Shoulders: 17.5” • Pit to pit: 18.5” • Sleeve (pit to cuff): 15.5” • Waist: 18–20” • Length: 30.5” Condition: Good vintage condition for its 55–60 years of age. The satin lining shows expected signs of wear and light stains. A few loose sections under the collar near the back seam may need reinforcement (see photos) — not visible when worn with the collar down. The fur remains soft, voluminous, and beautifully preserved.
