Vintage 1960s mid century light blue & turquoise cocktail prom maxi dress w/ empire waist by Lorrie Deb San Francisco. In excellent vintage condition. There is a small spot on the bow in the back that I have not attempted to remove. See through chiffon organza sleeves. So lovely, would make a great Halloween costume.
