Vintage 1960’s Women’s Formal Custom Dress‎ size Small(vintage size) Black White

This is a custom formal dress, pageant dress, evening gown wear. It has some wear and discoloration in the white & silver lace top. The white top is firm & structured and similar to a brocade fabric. It is also sheer or see through. Bottom half is a black velveteen. It also has some wear. There is no lining and there are no tags, except for a dry clean tag. I believe a good dry clean will clean up some of the discoloration in the white detail on top. It is umpire waist, with a A-line form. Measurements from laying flat: Pit to pit 16 inches Length from shoulder 54.5 inches Waist at fabric line is 13.5 inches Size is Extra Small to Small. I am open to offers. Same day/next day shipping.
