Vintage 1960s US Navy Boiler Technician 2nd Class Dress Blue Jumper Top *Flaws*

This vintage sailors top is in used condition. It has some flaws - near the bottom hem there is a small chunk of fabric missing, the v-neck has been repaired near the bottom of the V. One sleeve has a hole near elbow and in the armpit and the other sleeve has been sewn to repair a hole near the elbow. There are some loose strings and overall signs of wear. The attached patch on sleeve is in fair condition.
