Vintage 1960s Style Shift Dress - White with Pastel “Paint Splashes”

Vintage shift style dress. Perfect for spring with pastel “paint splashes.” There is a tiny lipstick stain (see last photo) but honestly it looks like one of the pink paint splashes in the design. You really don’t notice it and it may come out with stain treatment.
