Vintage 1960s Simplicity 5219 Sewing Pattern Size 18 Months Baby Toddler Girls Shift Dress COMPLETE Size 1 ( Baby Girl 12 - 24 Months ): B- 20" W- 19.5" From 1963 Girl's Slightly flared dress has high round neckline with contrasting Peter Pan collar and stitched inverted pleat at center front and back button closing. V1 has below elbow length sleeves gathered to contrasting sleevebands, ribbon bow and button trim. V2,3 have short sleeves. V2 features lace trim on detachable collar and sleeve edges, front is trimmed with buttons. V3 dress is trimmed with rick rack, applique and embroidery trim.
