Excellent condition! Flowy flirty and floral! White with black and pink floral print, button closure, unlined, 13" waistline laid flat(i think it's made to he high rise, though), 25" length. It's labeled as an 11/12, with older pieces they fit smaller, I would definitely think this would fit size small, so definitely check measurements.
