Rounded hem at bottom. No holes, major stains etc. I’ve inspected it closely and see a very faint mark in one area-see last pic. You REALLY have to look for it, not noticeable at all really. I haven’t tried treating, and it may very well come out. It presents beautifully! Overall excellent vintage condition. Item comes from smoke free and pet free home. Tag states it as a TWIN size. Pictured here on a queen and it works fine, just won’t hang down the sides like it would on a twin. L1
