Vintage 1960s Mod Wool Navy/Kelly Green Fit N Flare Dress Size XS/S

Purchased this beauty at a local antique store and sadly did not fit my 36" chest comfortably! Although stretchy, please be sure to note resting measurements below! Made by Pedestal Originals with a blue Union Tag. In excellent vintage condition! A small section of zipper (about 1") has pulled away on the inside as shown in photo but is an easy tack down and not seen from outside. The threads that the hooks at the back of the neck hook onto are loose and could use reinforcing for a stronger hold as well. Belt is not attached and dress has both belt loops. Pit to pit 16.5" Waist 13" (no stretch here) Length 36" from shoulder to hem Sleeves 22.5" Hips free as flared Feel free to make an offer:)
