Vintage 1960's Matty Mattel 17" Doll by Mattel Talking w/ A Garbled Voice

Here is a delightful little Talking Matty by Mattel that I got from a local estate. He is used and shows lots of marks and stains as well as some loose stitching under both of his arms. He tries to talk but not very successfully as it comes out garbled and very quiet. A great addition to any collection.....
