Product Description: This is a set of two hand-carved leaf-shaped bowls, made from a wood commonly known as "Monkey Pod.” They are a deep reddish-brown color with a smooth, polished finish and each has an integrated handle. The bottom of one bowl is stamped "HAND MADE" and "IN HAITI" indicating its origin. These bowls are a beautiful example of mid-century modern design and would be perfect for serving nuts, candies, or as decorative pieces.
