Features a tailored bodice with short puffy sleeves, elastic cuffs and little bow ties on each one, fitted waist with another bow tie accent and a flared full skirt that's topped off with a flounce ruffled hem that hits above the knee. Back zipper closure. Made from a woven cotton poly blend that is very thin and semi sheer.
