Vintage 1960s Forest Green Dress with Bell Sleeves and Matching Belt

Beautiful vintage midcentury forest green dress with bell sleeves and matching belt. No tag, so it was possibly handmade. Not sure of the fabric, but it has a thickness to it which would make it great for the fall and winter. It's also lined underneath. Has a working zipper in the back with a hook and eye closure at the top. Measurements (laid flat): Chest: 18" Waist: 16" Sleeve Length: 16" Front Length: 38.5" Back Length: 39.5" Belt measures 32" long. For reference, I am 5'7" and normally wear a Size Small or a Size 4. This dress was big on me, and was pinned in the back for modeling photos. In good vintage condition.
