Vintage 1960s Celluloid Flapper Woman Brooch

This is a fun vintage brooch depicting the head of a flapper with a pink hat. Unfortunately, the feathers are missing. The paint is still intact, and you can see the glue where the pin was attached. Overall, the piece is in pretty good shape. Likely from the 1960s; possibly French. Material is plastic/celluloid. Approximate Dimensions: 1.5in x 1.55in (widest point)
