Vintage 1960's Butterick 3989 Sewing Pattern - Slighty Fitted Blouse, Jewel Crew Butterick 3989; ca. 1966; Blouse in Four Versions. Slightly fitted blouse has jewel neck and elbow length or three quarter length sleeves. (A) Has lace bands and lace ruffles on sleeves. This pattern is complete but has been partially cut and the sleeve has a few tears and stains. Size - 12 Bust - 32”
