Vintage 1960s Blue Velvet Mini Dress

-good vintage condition- slight darkening along back of satin waist; fraying at shoulder; mild bleaching under arm -smoke-free, cat-friendly residence -slight stretch to fabric- bust stretches to max of around 16”, and waist to around 14” -this one is short! top of shoulder to hem is around 32” -rich blue velvet with satin ruffle trim -back metal zipper (daisy brand) with hook and eye closure -no tags- likely handmade -ombré effect on trim -lined -ribbon waistband -ruffled neckline -modeled on my mannequin with 36” bust and 26” waist. it did zip in the back, but the fit was a little snug, especially in the bust.
