1960s short sleeve cocktail dress with multicolor beading at the neckline and waist. Features a princess seam construction, darted bust, and slight pleating at the front hip. Fully lined, with a center back metal zipper and classic midcentury hourglass silhouette. Fabric appears to be a heavy satin, likely silk acetate or rayon, with a structured drape. Lining is intact throughout. This piece comes from the liquidation of CRC’s vintage costume collection, which supplied wardrobe to major Hollywood productions over several decades. Damage: There is a significant tear at the underarm seam, currently held together with a safety pin. Shown inside and out in photos. Sold as is.
